Return and Exchange Policy: 1- The consumer has the right to exchange the product within a maximum period of three days from the date of receipt, and they are not entitled to exchange the product after three days have passed. 2- To exchange the product, it must be in good condition and not used by the customer, and we have the right to inspect the product before the exchange to ensure its condition first. 3- The consumer bears all shipping costs and delivery of the product to the shipping company for the purpose of exchanging the product. 4- The consumer has the right to exchange the product, and the store bears all shipping costs for returning the product in case of defects or errors. The customer is not entitled to exchange or return the product in the following cases: 1- If the consumer requested specific specifications. 2- In the case of offers and discounts, the consumer is not entitled to exchange or return the product after the end of the period.
